RemarksThis 52 Hatteras Sportdeck has recently had a huge price reduction for the sole purpose of procuring a sale. The navigational electronics were updated in 2007 generator was rebuilt in 2008.The entire enclosure on the bridge and aft deck has been replaced with 40 mil plastic Stamoid canvas and Fibertex screening (1/09). Vessel Layout
Apollo features a 3 stateroom 3 head layout and a convertible dinette. The interior is high gloss teak with raised panel doors throughout. The vessel features a Sport Deck Euro transom and has a spacious airconditioned aft deck and helm. The aft deck features a full eisenglass enclosure with screens wing door wicker furniture that includes a sofa loveseat lounge and tables. There is a wet bar arrangement with an icemaker and refrigerator. The flybridge is accessed from the aft deck and features a centerlined helm L-shaped lounge to port and bench seating to starboard along with 2 helms chairs. There is a custom hartop with full enclosure.Entry into the salon is also from the aft deck. The interior is finished in a high gloss flush filled teak. The carpet is beige and compliment the valences and padded cornice boards. There is a full length leather salon sofa two upholstered barrel chairs a coffee table entertainment center and a full compliment of soft goods. Forward of the salon is the galley. It is a couple of steps down but it is an integral part of the salon. The galley features a full compliment of appliances adequate storage and a large storage area underneath the galley floor. Just forward of the galley is the washer/dryer which is located in the companionway to the forward guest stateroom. The forward guest stateroom features a centerlined queen berth ample storage ensuite head/shower hanging locker and 13" TV.The master stateroom and second stateroom are down and aft of the salon. The master features an angled queen berth entertainment/vanity center ensuite head ample closet space and much more. The second guest stateroom is just forward of the master and features stacked bunks.
